Basic conditions for the shared legal website and support channel. Each product retains its own purchase contract.
BoardPort Audit purchase terms
BoardPort’s Japan offer and international offer have separate licenses. The language you select does not change your business-country eligibility, payment currency or applicable purchase contract.
For an eligible international order, the Link entity named at checkout and on the receipt acts as merchant of record. Link’s transaction terms apply separately; BoardPort supplies the software license, electronic delivery and product support. The Japan offer is sold by the BoardPort operator, with payment processed by standard Stripe Checkout. This distinction does not change the seller or terms for other products.
Read the international offer terms for supported countries. Publishing these terms does not indicate that international checkout is open. These common pages do not limit non-waivable local rights or competent courts.
1. Scope and product-specific terms
These common terms set the basic rules for the Signal & Ship legal website and shared support channel. A product purchase and its use are governed by the product-specific license, privacy notice, sales conditions and refund terms presented before purchase. These common terms do not add to, change or restrict those conditions. They do not fill gaps in a product contract with new liability limits, refund restrictions, suspension, termination or other terms that disadvantage the customer.
2. Information on this website
This website provides shared contact details, the route for requesting seller information, common payment and web-delivery policies, and links to each product’s documents. Confirm the product name, price, period of use, supported environment and delivery timing in the product information and at checkout before ordering.
3. Purchase and delivery
This legal website takes no orders or payments. Start from the relevant product’s purchase page and review the product, final total and payment method in Stripe Checkout. Delivery and usage rights follow that product’s sales conditions.
4. Questions and refund requests
The shared channel accepts questions, seller-information requests and refund requests. Refunds, reissue and access-suspension conditions differ by product and follow that product’s terms and applicable law.
5. Information you send
Identify the relevant product and provide only the information needed to answer your question. Do not send card numbers, purchase codes, recovery codes, passwords or other secrets. For important decisions, consult qualified professionals or relevant authorities where appropriate.
6. Prohibited conduct
Do not use the website or shared channel for unauthorized access, infringement of others’ rights, disruption, impersonation, unlawful demands or improper collection of secrets.
7. Intellectual property
Rights to this website’s text, images, design and other materials belong to the provider or their legitimate owners. Product rights are governed by the product-specific terms.
8. Changes and interruptions
The legal website or shared channel may be changed or temporarily interrupted for maintenance, incidents, safety or legal requirements. Changes affecting a product or an existing purchaser follow that product’s terms.
9. Responsibility
Responsibility for the common legal website and support channel follows applicable law. Responsibility for a product follows its product-specific terms. This clause does not add a liability cap absent from the product’s own contract.
10. Governing law and contact
