Operator information
Signal & Ship is a service brand. The operator’s legal name, address and telephone number are disclosed by email without delay upon request before ordering, normally within one business day and with enough time for a purchase decision. Contact support@signalandship.com. Email is accepted at any time; the usual shared initial-response target is two business days unless the product specifies another target.
Check your product before ordering
Communication costs and any fees charged by the card issuer are the purchaser’s responsibility. Product price, applicable tax, delivery timing, usage period, supported environment and refunds follow the product-specific disclosure and the final checkout. This directory takes no orders or payments.
BoardPort Audit
BoardPort’s Japan offer and international offer have separate licenses. The language you select does not change your business-country eligibility, payment currency or applicable purchase contract.
For an eligible international order, the Link entity named at checkout and on the receipt acts as merchant of record. Link’s transaction terms apply separately; BoardPort supplies the software license, electronic delivery and product support. The Japan offer is sold by the BoardPort operator, with payment processed by standard Stripe Checkout. This distinction does not change the seller or terms for other products.
The Japan offer is US$79 total, one-time, without additional tax. The international base price is US$79 plus applicable tax; checkout shows the final total and payment currency. It is an offline comparison product licensed to one business for the purchased version. Read the applicable license, delivery conditions, 14-day full-refund policy and preserved legal rights before ordering. The international terms describe the intended eligibility; publishing those terms does not indicate that international checkout is open.

The product’s Japanese disclosures are the authoritative source for its question pack, purchase-code delivery, supported environment and refund conditions. The existing product contract is not replaced by this English directory.
