Your files and purchase information
BoardPort does not receive PCB contents or generated reports from the documented offline product. Website hosting and security use Cloudflare and may process IP addresses and access information. Stripe and Link handle payment, billing, purchaser identity and their transaction records. The BoardPort order record stores the country, license and package fingerprints, accepted-language/version evidence, status, amount, currency, timestamps and pseudonymous identity/payment references. Card details are entered with the payment provider. Product support uses support@signalandship.com, forwarded to the operator's Signal & Ship Gmail mailbox; do not send design files or card details. Records are kept as needed for license access, support, refunds, disputes and legal recordkeeping, with no automatic deletion schedule promised. These providers may process data outside Japan. Contact product support for access, correction or deletion requests; legally required records may need to be retained. Link handles requests concerning its own transaction records.
